Yahoo! 300 Million Purchase for BlueLithium

Yahoo! is moving from brand to direct response marketing. The search marketing giant is more focused on conversions and not impressions with their purchase of BlueLithium.
Senior Vice President of Yahoo publisher network, Todd Teresi was quoted in Advertising Age to state the puchase of BlueLithium is part of “Our strategy of leading a transformation in how advertisers connect with publishers.”
